In Switzerland, he discussed Syria and the U.S. role in the war-torn country's government. It's a lot to take on world leadership and politics in the Middle East — Tillerson is tired. It doesn't help when your relationship with the president is fraught and on thin ice, mostly because you think the president is a moron.  Curling up in a ball sounds so much better than dealing with all this.
