Per multiple reports late this afternoon, a new White House immigration plan includes a path to citizenship for 1.8 million illegal immigrants in the United States.
This news came during an earlier conference call:
BREAKING: Trump will support a path to citizenship for DACA recipients and Dreamers who were eligible for DACA but didn’t apply, which is about 1.8 million Dreamers, per conference call between Stephen Miller and House Republican staff that @NBCNews was on.

Yesterday in remarks to reporters, the President said he’s open to supporting a path to citizenship for DREAMers:
“Over a period of 10 to 12 years,” Mr. Trump said, “somebody does a great job, they work hard — that gives incentive to do a great job. Whatever they’re doing, if they do a great job, I think it’s a nice thing to have the incentive of, after a period of years, being able to become a citizen.”
