During a Fox News Sunday discussion on the Mueller probe, Chris Wallace called out panelist Jason Miller––a former Trump adviser––for already dismissing the investigation as a nothing burger.
On the question of potentially firing Mueller, Wallace said, “It certainly isn’t helpful for the President to say, ‘Well, I may change my mind.'”
Miller then claimed the investigation “is imploding under the weight of there being absolutely nothing there.”
Wallace jumped in to say, “We don’t know that.”
“Nothing has been proven,” Miller insisted.
Wallace responded, “I’m talking about the Mueller investigation. We have no idea what he’s finding.”
Miller claimed if there was really something to this, it would’ve leaked, but Wallace––somewhat amusedly––stopped him and asked, “So you’re now saying because there isn’t a leak––I mean, I thought you condemned leaks. Which is it? Are leaks good or bad?”
